Hi, I was referred to Mr. Sean Phillip Park, by a very close and reliable friend who is an attorney as well. The difference was that Mr. Park had a licence to practice in Florida. This is where my vechile accident took place. My friend doesnt have a licence there. I realized by my introductory phone call, that Mr. Park wasnt like the dozen of attorneys that I have previously talked to. I was able to speak directly to him. Not a information intake person who was reading off a written script. He not only asked questions in regards to my accident, but engaged in a sincere adult conversation. He was up front with me in regards to my chances of helping me. He looked under nooks,and crannies to come up with a solution. After weeks of investigating, Mr Park still returned my calls, and gave me great advise. At this point I will be going into a different direction. If something changes, i will jump at the chance to hire Mr. Park. He doesn't give you false promises, or paints a rose garden for you. Not like the other law firms, that promise you have a case. If you have the opportunity to take some time to engage in conversation with Mr. Park, you will attest to every word I said.

I called Sean with questions concerning Wrongful Death, and had a very informative and soothing conversation at the same time. I deeply appreciate Sean's careful listening to my situation. It was clear that I was at the center. He definitely stands out as one who has integrity and kindness in a hard line of work.

Sean was helpful and gave me great advice even though I didn't end up using his services. Very honest of him to not bill me anyways! Too time out his weekend to answer questions, and steered me in the right direction. If I ever needed to hire someone in this realm, it would definitely be him.

Caring and concerned are not usually synonyms for a lawyer, but they are definitely words I would use to describe Sean. After moving from the state I had lived in for 50 years, I was feeling quite isolated with finding someone I could trust for legal advice. When you move you don’t have people you have relied on for years. The first time I spoke with Sean I was able to feel relaxed and that someone cared about my issues. In subsequent conversations Sean was timely with his responses and always striving to go above and beyond, even though I wasn’t his client.
