I chose this firm because of a personal referral. I couldn't have made a wiser decision. Mr. Evan Finneke was the lawyer who handled my case. It entailed a 2 car vehicle crash and the driver of the other vehicle had no insurance and did extreme damage which totalled my car. I had a passenger as well, and fortunately we both sustained injuries that were not life threatening, thank heavens. I cannot say enough about how much Mr. Finneke worked on my case and was able to get everything--and everyone--taken care of. I would absolutely refer this law firm to anyone who may have a case that needs a great attorney to represent them honestly, fairly, and be dedicated to you, the client!!

Wolff legal led me to think that they would take my case after a demand letter was not successful. This was discussed at the beginning as the next step. Now if they had told me that they would not proceed if the demand letter wasn't successful I would have begun looking for another litigation attorney earlier. To be honest this made me give up on the situation as it was really tough gathering all the information for them thinking they would work with me and not to forget the emotional trauma from what had happened to my house. In the end there was no sympathy for what I had gone through and it ended with them telling me that they were closing the file and basically good luck.
