Highly highly highly recommend! I used Niko and his law firm for legal representation on a property I closed on yesterday. The experience was smooth sailing. They’re professional, very knowledgeable, responds quickly to emails/ calls, pays close attention to detail and are honest. I worked with Bibek during my first condo purchase experience. Given it was my first time purchasing a condo coupled with the extremely expedited timeline, I wasn't sure what to expect. Not only did Bibek offer comfort in walking me through the process, he was extremely timely, comprehensive, and professional throughout the process. I could not recommend Bibek for home or condo purchases strongly enough.
