We found the home of our dreams and Niko and his team negotiated the deal so well that as of today with our home being empty we were able to get pre possession until closing. He also is closing the deal on my past home today. His team is professional and e trembly responsive. I highly recommend using them.

Highly highly highly recommend! I used Niko and his law firm for legal representation on a property I closed on yesterday. The experience was smooth sailing.
