I hope that everyone has the pleasure to work with Niko and his team. He handled a very difficult short sale for me with perfection. Excellent communication throughout the entire 6 month process from start to finish. He would answer any and all of my questions promptly and was always helpful and professional regardless of how stressed out I got over trying to get the deal to go through. Closing went off without a hitch and all documents were explained while I was signing. Can’t recommend Niko and his team enough. Do yourself a favor and hire the best team there is! I had a highly stressful termination situation, but Jeff was kind and patient as he explained options and steps along the way. He stayed in constant contact and always responded quickly. He established realistic objectives and called me out if I was losing my focus on those objectives. When one is shopping for a lawyer (particularly for the first time), we worry that ours will turn out to be a scumbag as depicted in tv and movies. My experience with Jeff was the exact opposite. As far as I can tell, he dealt exclusively in truth with integrity and professionalism. He may sound too much like a softy from what I've written so far, but he's not. Another reviewer used the phrase "bulldog negotiator" and that sounds just right to describe Jeff. He's got your back AND he's kind.
