We recently closed on a condo with Marneris Law and could not be happier with their service. They were professional, responsive, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire closing process. Despite the unusual circumstances with COVID and some unexpected setbacks with the seller's attorney, Marneris Law handled everything perfectly. She guided us through the home buying process every step of the way and advocated for my partner and I's interests in a manner that can only be described as exceptional. When Shayla sent the attorney's response my real estate agent sent an email saying it was, by far, the most detailed attorney's response she's ever seen. During negotiations the Seller reached out to me and said she truly admired Shayla and asked for her contact details if the need where to ever arise in the future.
