My condo was managed by the worst property management company in Chicago, and Marneris Law went above and beyond to get our property closed on time, despite the property management company doing everything possible to screw me. In my opinion Niko and all people working with are best real estate attorneys you can hire. We closed (and also canceled) few deals with them and we could always really on their professionalism, knowledge, experience and, what is important nowadays, communication. There was no unanswered question we raised about basically any aspect of r/e deal and even beyond that.
