10/10!!!! We have worked with Chris Stos twice during a purchase and closing of a home (x2). He is very thorough and professional. We had an issue during one closing with the seller’s attorney and Chris worked extremely hard, professional and resolved this matter in our favor all the while staying calm and confident (which can be difficult during a long closing process). He is extremely knowledgeable and has vast experience with property closings. We will use his services again. We can’t thank you enough!

My husband and I have worked with Christoper Stos on two separate occasions, both during the sale of our condo as our attorney, and the purchase of our new home as our broker. He was a pleasure to work with during both transactions. Some key strengths that were apparent both times were his attention to detail, promptness of responding to questions from all parties and ability to lead the process forward by motivating all parties to act when needed. Having experience as both an attorney and a broker means he knows what each party needs to be doing at all times. Chris guided us throughout the entire process and by following his advice, we were able to save money where we would have otherwise spent it. He knew what we needed when we didn't. He followed up quickly when we had questions and was always available.. Does the man even sleep?!? Thank you Chris for helping us sell our condo and more importantly, find our perfect home! I'm pregnant with our second, so we were on a rather short timeline. Chris made it happen just in time :-)

Chris worked as an advocate for us as we purchased our first home together. He was incredibly responsive (even in non-business hours), kind, informative, and went to bat for us multiple times!

Chris was really helpful throughout the whole process. He contacted relevant parties diligently to make sure we could make progress in time. He was responsive and attentive to detail.

Shelby and Tracy has worked on my son case for 2yrs, these 2 outstanding awesome and powerful ladies are the best they are very straight forward very punctual and head on with everything they will work with you through it all. Just wanna say thank you for beating my son case.

Shelby and Tracy gave me my life back I was fighting a gun case with a background that wasn’t so good and I thought it was over for me but they pulled it off for me and and beat the case. They have been my lawyers every since and I recommend them to anybody I know and would recommend anybody reading this to hire them.
