Im all about communication when it comes ro business and no communication has been made. Its almost be 2 years and no update me on my case. I understand if its the other party but no update call or nothing has been done. Everytime I call they send me to someone voice mail and no call back. I have been waiting patiently and now I'm starting to think I came to the wrong place for help. The only thing that was good from them was the physical Therapy location was great and professional that they recommended. I hope in the future they do better communication Stay on target with the case and on the other Party, and make sure that client at lease have a 3 to 5 months follow up.

Gave these guys a call when me and my family got in a bad car accident back in May of 2023. Gave them one call for info and they wouldn’t stop calling us back heard from every attorney in that moment to get us to sign the contract. As soon as we signed with them we never heard from them again. They had all our documents messed up from having my daughter name misspelled on the contract as well. These guys are extremely unorganized, up to this day I still haven’t gotten to talk back to my attorney on an update on our case and it’s already about to be a year with them. Tried calling our attorney for like the 50th time and straight to voicemail and not a single call back. Really upset how all this is being taken care of as they are advertised all over the place in Chicago yet I’ve seen so many reviews dealing with the same thing as us.
