I have had a similar unpleasant experience to many of the others. The attorney reached out to me directly the day right after my car accident on a Sunday morning and said he found my police report on the public records. They were very responsive and attentive right up until I signed the contract. After that, no updates or phone calls on their end. They told me they would guide and update me through the entire process for what to expect. Every time I called, they would say the paralegal or attorney is out of the office or in a meeting. They would take days to return my phone calls. No updates were ever provided unless I reached out multiple times. I would not recommend.

This company is full of jokers and unserious folks. I gave them 2 cases, but they will never return one call. It's always your lawyer "is in a meeting or out of office" with a promise to call you back. Which nobody ever did. My auto accident case has always been we are awaiting your check from the other company since September 2022. No amount was given to me. Am very disappointed with their service, very unprofessional.

As I lay here and think back, it was February when I was hit in Chicago. I was contacted by this law firm within days. Once I signed that paperwork, the calls stopped, and I’ve NEVER so much as even heard this attorney’s voice. I’ve had 3 different paralegals, none of which I’ve been able to verbally communicate with. It’s always short, uninformed emails, asking me questions the firm already has the answer to. But hell, I don’t even get emails anymore, like…..…nothing. It’s like my case just fell off the cart and the world kept going. I truly hate leaving bad reviews as you can pretty much find the silver lining in any situation. I pride myself on being a very positive and happy guy. Glass half full mentality, you know? But I genuinely have zero idea what is going on with my case. Leaving my personal feelings out of the situation and being as transparent as I can be, this has been the absolute worst business experience I’ve had in my 35 years of living. I’ve chased this firm for answers to the point of no return. This review feels like my closer. I’ve literally exhausted my mind, resources and time, and reading other reviews, I can’t help but feel like the unimportant client with subpar representation. Edit: 5/15/23 My case was reassigned to one Ms. Karolina and our initial conversation she stated she’d have my case resolved between 4-6 weeks. Here we are at week 5, and I’m officially done. Thank you so much Karolina and Kaitlyn (I really hope I spelled that right). They were both very patient and kind and really made me feel secure in their firm.
