The process and outline of care was great. I was provide excellent information from the attorney and his staff and guided through the whole process via brief conversations over the phone. In pain I was happy not to have pain in dealing with the logistics of paying for my care thank you, Anthoy Ivone LLC and staff.

UPDATE: I still have yet to receive a phone call or any communication from Attorney Ivone or anyone in the firm. It has been 9 months since the accident and 1 month past their “window” as listed below in their response…. Save yourself the trouble and do not use Costa Ivone! Do Not Recommend! I have tried calling for months since July 2022 to get an update and ask questions regarding my case. Every time I have called, I have been told by Joanna C. that the lawyer Anthony Ivone is unavailable and would return my call later that day. I have yet to receive a call back and it is 12/13/2022! I have asked for a direct number and email address for the Anthony Ivone, Joanna stated that she could not provide me with that information. I called to try to schedule an appointment Anthony Ivone, and still was told that they would leave a message for him to call me back. I have been cleared from PT for months, the driver’s insurance company as already admitted fault. Costa Ivone is clearly a scam and does not ever plan to pay out your settlement. The only time you will ever speak to Anthony Ivone is when they are literally stalking you to work with them. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer and going after Costa Ivone.

I’ve been calling for months to get an update on my case. And they refuse to return my phone I get the same answer every time “ the lawyer isn’t able to come to phone right now he will give you call later today” I have literally called 8-10 times and have yet to speak with the lawyer. At this point it’s disrespectful, how they are treating their clients. I have heard from the other party insurance company and know they have already accepted fault. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to nobody!!! Only time you will hear from them is when they want your business other than that you can forget about. I have several friends tell me the same thing. Bad for business!

We can not say enough good things about Costa Ivone and the team that help us with our sons case! When something bad happens to a family member is a frightening situation, with so many questions. This law firm, from the moment we called were so helpful and compassionate and made us feel confident that they could help and win our case!!
