WHERE ARE THE LAWYERS? You seeked me out for your business and I accepted. But now I want answers about my case, no response . Emails, voicemails etc. No response. Finally a response to call me before end of business day, Four days later no response. Maybe they choose which clients are important, but a least tell me. Not criticizing your ability to fight cases. Just the lack of communication is unprofessional.

My personal experience has been terrible, even when the other driver was at fault they've had my case for 11 months now, even when the Insurance company paid them already they are still not responding, the communication among them is very poor, if you are lucky to talk to somebody they give you the round around, they have no common courtesy and they treat you like if you are asking them a favor when they are supposed to be working for YOU. About a month ago I received a call from Alejandra, whom I've never spoken before, she asked me what was the status of my case with Maria I told her she hasn't contacted me for a good while, she told me then the insurance company made an offer they suggested me strongly to accept, which I agree, then I saw in the Progressive website they already settled my claim and the funds were deposited in their bank account, so they "suggested strongly" because my assumption is that they already accepted in my name, I really wouldn't mind but then when I went to see them I talked to the attorney Anthony OMG!!! That's another whole story but all I gotta say is that he gave me a condescending and arrogant attitude from the moment he walked in the office, NEVER MADE EYE CONTACT UNTIL I POINTED OUT, his body language was loud and clear that it was bothered by me being there. Anyway, he told me in 2 weeks at the most I could get the 3rd of the settlement. There has been 2 weeks now after that conversation and still the same, no communication and people giving the round around, AT THIS POINT ALL i WANT IS THAT THEY FINISH MY CASE AND GIVE ME THE $$$$ THAT CORRESPONDS TO MY CASE BUT THIS I DON'T KNOW WHEN WILL IT HAPPEN..........
