I don't usually have time to write reviews, but sometimes you have to show appreciation especially when someone exceed your expectation. I have been having problem with finding good real estate attorney who will really work on my behave and protect me from losing money, especially earnest money. Sorry to say that most attorneys don't know what they are doing or they don't care. I will sincerely say that Wolff is one of the best attorneys in the city that I have worked with so far, because he is on point at all time. He is highly professional, patient and with great sense of humor. He is very experienced in all area of legal issues, and he will give you best legal advice that will save you from getting into trouble and getting out of troubles if you work with his advice. From my experience as real estate investor, most attorneys don't really care about you. They care about the money they will make from you and never cared about what happens afterward, even if you end up losing money. But Wolff cares about protecting you from all legal aspect. He had saved me lots of money from his legal advice especially in the area of real estate. I will recommend him to anyone at anytime.

We had a dispute with our landlord, who tried to raise our rent in retaliation for our efforts to find a subtenant (which our lease explicitly allowed). Mark did a free consultation, explained our legal options, quoted us a reasonable flat fee for breaking the lease on our behalf, and went to work. Within a couple of weeks, he'd secured a settlement with the landlord that voided our lease (which is what we wanted, as we had already bought a house and moved out of the apartment) and refunded us our prorated rent for the rest of the month. We ended up getting more rent money back from the landlord than the cost of Mark's fee, which was an extremely pleasant and unexpectedly fortuitous outcome. We couldn't have been happier with Mark's advice, responsiveness, professionalism, courteousness, effectiveness, and flexibility. He was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish.

I cannot recommend Attorney Mark Wolff highly enough. He took my case during the COVID pandemic when I was mistreated by a landlord. The landlord and apartment manager were unwilling to work things out and ultimately we had to file a suit against them. The landlord and manager then tried to delay the case in every way possible. Attorney Wolff held strong and continued to press to assure that the case was moving forward. After all the trouble they caused, the landlord and manager ultimately decided to settle just before actually going to trial. Attorney Wolff negotiated a settlement that was more than the initial amount I lost to the landlord and apartment manager. This not only covered what the landlord and manager had unlawfully taken from me, but helped to address all of the time and stress we had to deal with while dealing with these awful people. Attorney Wolff was always available to me and would quickly respond to any questions I emailed in regard to the case. He sent out regular case updates to assure I was in the know of the case's progress. And provided excellent guidance when it came to the negotiation of the final settlement. I highly recommend Attorney Mark Wolff.
