Very happy with my services from Marneris Law. I had a lot of questions about selling my condo and they were there to help me through them. Chelsea was super responsive whenever I had questions and I never felt like I was left in the unknown through the process. There were even some issues (on my side) for getting paperwork through and they helped coach me with the best approach to help mitigate the issue. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am happy to say they exceeded my expectations.

We bought our home during the pandemic after almost a year of searching. NGM law was referred to us by our real estate agent and handled both the selling of our condo and purchase of our home. I used Marneris Law to close my first home and I am so happy with the entire process. Being a young, first-time homebuyer, I went in not knowing anything about how it all works, and Niko, Bryan, and Nicole could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Most of my questions were answered before I even had to ask, and when I did have questions, the team was quick to respond with clarity and detail. Even though I never met the team in person due to COVID-19, I always felt like I was getting personalized attention, from the moment my offer was accepted all the way through closing. Bryan was on the phone with me throughout the entire closing process, and explained each document in detail while answering a barrage of questions throughout the afternoon.
