In my opinion Niko and all people working with are best real estate attorneys you can hire. We closed (and also canceled) few deals with them and we could always really on their professionalism, knowledge, experience and, what is important nowadays, communication. There was no unanswered question we raised about basically any aspect of r/e deal and even beyond that.

I utilized Marneris Law to sell a deceased family members condo that was part of a trust. I had never been through this process before and can't speak highly enough of the Marneris Law team.
