Let me start off by saying I am NOT a people person; so, as a first time home buyer, I started the home buying process with the intent to do as much as I could on my own. It was going well until the paperwork started coming with deadlines attached to them. I would read the papers and Google what I didn’t understand to gain clarity, but it started to become somewhat overwhelming. I decided to step out of my introverted comfort zone and look into real estate attorneys. I knew I didn’t want an attorney that made small talk. Instead, I wanted to find an attorney that would get straight to the point and answer any questions/concerns I had. Luckily, I found Attorney Kyara Garza. Every time we conversed it was straight to the point, and any verbiage I didn’t understand was explained in detail. Afterwards, if I had any questions, she was readily available to answer them and prepare me for the next steps.
