As I went up to the 3rd floor where her office is held, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and a warm "hello." I then signed-in and she offered me coffee or water as I patiently waited for Ms. Longe in the living room. Shortly after, she called me into her office and explained to me everything in detail. She was very patient and answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend her.
