My experience with Mr Bhatt has been nothing but Positive. This was my First Case and I was charged with a AGG UUW & 3 other violations. Mr Bhatt assured me that I would be fine and that my record would be intact. Mr Bhatt was able to get most of my charges dropped and for me to serv community service.

That was my fist criminal case. So I was really concerned about it. Met with maybe 15 lawyers. With about half of them in person. Trying to find out which one will best represent me in cort. I have only talked with Purav over the phone so far. The way he listened, explained and talked made me trust him. He was the one I hired. My case was dismissed. He took time from his own vacation to appear via zoom on my court date. My experience with him is only positive and would not hesitate to recommend him. He had helped me in bad moment for me, so I consider him as a friend. He loves his job and helping people in my opinion.

Initially, I definitely had my doubts about the quality of work and many stars I saw on the reviews. However, I have to honestly say that not only was he well worth my time, his results were immaculate. My previous attorney that handled my case did the worst job known to man. I honestly could’ve just represented myself and probably did much better. So coming from that previous prospective, I had major doubts that I’d find a quality affordable attorney. Attorney Bhatt not only proved he can be personable, but worked behind the scenes to ensure my outcome for expungement petition was successful! As an African American Male, who’s often faced with the worst outcomes from the legal system, he made me feel heard. In 2020 my husband was in a fatal car accident and he was air lifted for treatment. sadly the driver in the other vehicle had passed. fast forward to my husband coming home from the hospital with a broken hip ,pelvis and femur. He was charged with 4 counts of aggravated dui resulting in a death and improper lane usage. Now i new my husband was not under any illegal substances driving but that didn’t matter bc we had to prove it. mind you these chargers for dui were things given to my husband AFTER the accident in the helicopter by trained professionals. We contacted Mr. Bhatt with our situation and he was ready to jump into action. we went as far as him getting us our own toxicologist. countless court dates, phone calls, emails and digging to the bottom and the TRUTH! The DA offered us 14 yrs! we stood our ground knowing the facts and let Mr. Bhatt do what he does best. After 2 1/2 years of trama this man had my husbands case down to NO FELONY, NO DUI, and a small driving ticket with fine. This man stood by us thru the worst time in our lives and guided us the entire way and never once did i doubt him! He was placed on this earth to help people like us who have turned our lives around and then life happened! you will not regret going with Mr. Bhatt for any type of situation you have ran into.
