When I first called Mr. Bhatt, he was very polite and listened to my complaint. Mr. Bhatt insisted we talk in person. I went to his office with my fiancé who was also involved in the matter. We (my fiancé)explained more in detailed what was going on with us. Mr. bhatt assured us he can handle our case. Our case unfortunately continued numerous of times, NEVER Mr. Bhatt’s fault.
