Russell gave me a very well reasoned clear explanation of my situation regarding a family law matter that concurred with multiple other opinions I've received. I really appreciate how concise yet through his responses were and his clear familiarity with the subject matter. This is a disconcerting situation where your constitutional rights are in effect voided and it is jarring to realize that the best likelihood of practical success is to accept that, and deal with the system. Another scary issue is how amorphous neglect law is which allows vindictive people to make essentially any situation into a matter to harass you with.
