I just had my second closing with HT Law and I will NEVER do one without these guys in my corner. 1) The team is highly competent around the little gotcha’s that exist in every municipality and have given me great advice - once in Chicago and just now in the Northwest Suburbs on how to go fast and stay out of trouble 2) They are super helpful is taking the contract, the inspection and the associated back and forth through to completion. They know when to give (to keep the transaction moving) and when/how to dig in to fight for their client. I just saved $4,500 or so in the sale of my house because of how the HT law handled the inspection/repair requests. 3) They make a complex process simple by pointing your attention at stuff you need to review, and telling you what is standard and outside your control. Nobody, ever, has read everything presented to them when selling a house or getting a mortgage. For the first time, I don’t feel like I missed anything. 4) The whole transaction is tech-enabled, with consistent email communication, paperless signatures and other structured touch points we all expect but never get with real estate. Sorry for a long review. It’s more feedback for HT closings than for people looking. Guys you should be charging double!

Highly, recommend these guys! The closing on my house was getting very frustrating and starting to become a nightmare thanks to the buyers. Nazar was phenomenal with how he engaged, handle and took control of the whole situation. He was able to turn it into a positive transaction for us in the end which my wife and I truly appreciate!
