Mitch was very pleasant to work with. My battery charge was thrown out with some community service and a restitution fee to complaintant. His staff was friendly and explained the process thoroughly. I actually returned a second time to get my case expunged. Mitch was generous enough to work with my budget which I was pleasantly surprised. If you have ten options, use this one as your FIRST.

Having had prior record in other States I new I needed aggressive and rooted in the community legal representation. Mitch and his team, Owen who was my lawyer, where the A team. Owen got me the best results possible and 3 of 4 of my charges where dropped. Case closed with just a fine! These guys are the best!

I am highly satisfied with my case! I have been caught for speeding and I was classified for a misdemeanor case but I ended up with just a regular speeding case. My lawyer was helpful and explained to me about my case through my court appearance. I'm happy that I talked to Mr. Sexner.
