John Colbert recently handled one of the most complex, cumbersome real estate deals. Colbert represented a condo association, of which I was a unit owner, and a broker for the deal. It was a bulk sale, or condo deconversion, with 55 closings, and a mess of meticulous details, to be handled. I was surprised Real Estate was not listed on his profile, as he did a fine job, and advised on topics, not typically known my attorneys, who are not real estate specific. I trust John can handle most any legal issue, and if not, he will introduce you to an Attorney, who will be best-of-breed.

I just wish to thank John once again for all the work he did helping my family settle in Chicago. I would recommend him without hesitation to anybody who has difficulties when first arriving in Chicago, as not only his professionalism but also the warmth and genuineness he exudes when dealing with him are hard to find anywhere else.
