From our very first meeting I felt very comfortable with Brian. He explained very thoroughly the process for beginning my lawsuit, the time it may take to bring it to fruition, and the financial sharing once the lawsuit was settled. My accident occurred in 2014 and I underwent two surgeries within two years to complete the healing for my elbow. Brian is an excellent records keeper and continued to send me copies of all documents to keep me up to date. In the beginning of the lawsuit the defendants were not willing to budge one inch in making any kind of settlement; as the months passed, they made an offer that should have been an embarrassement to them. As the saying goes, to make a long story short, Brian is an excellent negotiator and through the number of years and months that passed by he was able to bring the defendants to an excellent conclusion. Brian is a staunch defender of his clients and will not give up or give in until a settlement is reached that is in agreement with him and his clients. On a personal level, my husband and I were able to visit with Brian on a number of occasions; he even drove to our home to deliver documents. Brian is a very kind person, very easy to talk to, has a wonderful sense of humor (sometimes you need to sit back and share some laughs) and I hope we can remain friends. Spoken from my heart!
