Very good service from SwagatUSA. I was stuck between switching jobs due to H1B extension RFE from USICS which needs a detailed explanation and I was in an urgency as the new manager wants me to join ASAP. After a failed I-485 with a previous attorney, my wife and I consulted with Attorney Maru. We were attracted to her experience and comforting demeanor with our situation. My wife had been in immigration trouble dating back to 2011. She was put into removal proceedings shortly following a trip to Asia. Attorney Maru helped us craft new I-485 and I-601 waivers about a year and a half ago, but was unfortunately denied. After 9 years in immigration limbo, we happily received approved I-485 and I-601 waivers, based on our appeal, and my wife has finally received her green card. KNOW and EDUCATE yourself on the facts and details of your case. Being 100% familiar with every detail of our case helped us over the years as well. I cannot stress this enough. I have been working with Dhenu & her office for over 3 years. What started off as a few consultation phone calls, has grown into her firm helping me and my employers with handling our case.
