Alexis represented me on my 2-flat purchase and was diligent and thorough in representing my interest in every stage of the purchase process. So much so that the seller, whom I personally knew, was sending me text messages expressing frustration with her. But, as it turned out, he wasn't being totally honest about some things and Alexis' thoroughness revealed it. I was also impressed with her promptness. Whereas I arrived just on time (and the seller's atty was 40 minutes late), she showed at my closing 30+ minutes before it was scheduled to begin...calling to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction and the seller had followed through on some last minute contractual obligations. 5 star by far!!
