I want to start off by saying Fred and his entire team are amazing. They were not only understanding of my situation, they were very comforting. The communication was great. Everytime I called or emailed I got a response rite away. I was reassured multiple times and Fred is a man of his word. I thought I would not receive my license due to some deficiencies I had dating back over 10 years ago. I knew it would take me months to go back and forth with the board for my licenses.
