I had a great experience working with Michael and his assistant Barby for the purchase of my first condo in Chicago. They were easy to reach with questions and that helped a lot- as everything involved in buying a home was new to me. Michael was very good about explaining every piece of paper that I was signing at the closing. I liked going through the closing paper by paper to know I understood what it all meant. Overall it was a fast closing and only took an hour and a half. I would easily work with Michael again in the future should I decide to move and purchase a new home.
