I hired him twice with my previous problems and he is always on board with me !

I hired him as my immigraiton lawyer because my parents petitioned me to the US as a K2 Derivative. I attended my first Court hearing on 2014. Then he asked me to pay $2,000 for "greencard fees" and 2 years NOTHING! I kept calling for any updates! They say not to worry! My father died on 2018. This lawyer does not know what he is doing! He kept asking me $500-750 for every court hearing and everytime the JUDGE will say he didn't send this to this office blahblah! and sometimes it's not complete!!!!!! We keep filling I-751 3-4 times!!!!! waste of money. My last hearing (MASTER calendar) was 2020 the Judge and the USCIS representative said They don't have my FILES!!!!! the closed my case! ang AGAIN he wanted me to file I-751! ughhhhh. I called USCIS and asked for their help they told me since my father passed away the marriage was dissolved and my husband should continue for the petition of relative file for HUMANITARIAN REINSTATEMENT. I will not use his SERVICES again. PLEASE call USCIS for help or ask their advice first. This lawyer is a scammer!

I was referred by a friend and Trais did not disappoint! Straight shooter, focuses on you as a client, does his job and keeps u posted all the way. He is a winner! Affordable fees. Knowledgeable staff. what else can you ask for?

I had 4 immigration cases filed trlhrough Richard Trais. He is very straight forward and will guide you what is legally possible and makes sure that your case gets approved he has not done anything for my case to be objectionable. He is very reasonable when it comes down to cost i would say most reasonable and have lots of experience he worked with his father who was immigation attorney as well. Very onowledgeable and honest

We was clients of this so called lawyer. This individual simply doesn't care about you, about his responsibilities and about your case. He never done a thing on our case, never answered a phone call and eventually, declined to do his job when I decided to change a lawyer, because of his unprofessional rude attitude. I waste $1000 with this guy. Could be worse. AVOID!!!!

Richard Trais is the worst lawyer. he doesn't respect his clients, never willing to explain, he has a rude attitude. this lawyer forgets everything. To be honest. i don't know how his employees are handling him. i would NOT recommend him. he takes so much time to answer his clients. when he's talking to you he puts you on the speaker.. I don't think that's privacy.

Richard is a onest lawyer and a good person that know his job and will do everything to help you in your problem.Me and my spouse were in deportation procese and in oct 2009 with his help we won a casa in Imigration court. I would recommend this lowyer ....

He got a friendly and well knowledgeable staff. His fees is not high as other attorneys.
