Not knowing what to expect regarding the execution of the tasks required to resolve my situation, I was completely dependant on my attorney's knowledge in this area. After an initial conversation I was given a fairly detailed breakdown of responsibilities required of both me and my attorney. Everything was explained in a clear and consise manner. It was evident my attorney was genuinly concerned that everything is executed in order to resolve my situation. Replies to emails and returned phone calls were quick and prompt. I have never had an issue establishing a line of communication at any point in time throughout this experience with my attorney.
