Kathy is a great attorney. She helped us buy and sell a house. Our sale was just about as straightforward as it got - there were only a couple of minor hiccups with a homeowner association. Can't say the same with buying a house - three of our homes fell through due to one reason or another, and Kathy was always there to help. Highly recommend this attorney - she has the patience and knowledge that you want!

Dennis was very helpful in helping me complete my first house purchase. Our situation was a bit unusual as we had an arrangement with the seller that he'd have a short post-closing possession period, but Dennis gave great counsel and advice on that process to make sure it went smoothly.
