I highly recommend calling Mr. Deffet if you find yourself involved in a negative situation with a creditor and/or debt collections agency. Mr. Deffet provides one on one support and makes you feel comfortable and informed with every step of your case. His knowledge, confidence and persistance led to our case being dismissed (with prejudice) against one of the largest junk debt buyers in the country. If a collections agency summons you to court, call him ASAP.
