I hired Ilya to write up a Client Agreement for me and had a great experience. Most impressive was his attention to detail and how thorough he was start to finish. As a Nutritionist, I don't speak in legal terms so upon receiving the first draft of this Client Agreement, I was instantly overwhelmed. Once I let him know, Ilya was quick to book a call and spent a generous amount of time going through each section and helping me fill out the document with a real-life example. By the end of the call, my overwhelm was lifted and I had a workable Client Agreement. I highly recommend hiring Ilya for your legal needs (especially if you are a business owner)!

Mr. Zlatkin provided excellent guidance and legal support during the creation of my private investment company with holdings in general aviation and real estate. He also provided critical council and legal documentation for several business acquisitions. I would highly recommend Mr. Zlatkin.

You would be hard pressed to find a lawyer who does not recommend excessive legal action. Many lawyers pray on fear, but not Ilya! He even recommends no action in some cases. He is like the dentist who only wants to drill as a final option.
