I have been dealing with a personal injury case for some time now. My lawyer, Ray, has not reached out to me but only one time a long time ago and my Case Manager, Ricardo, gives me inadequate information about my case. How long does it take to close a case?? I’m tired of constantly having to call with an update on my case that this firm came to me with the highly possibly with some type of settlement/repercussions for the irresponsible person that hit me and drove off. This is utterly ridiculous that as a client I am not getting any updates and still having to mentally & emotionally deal with this ordeal because my case is not closed. I WANT SOME RESOLVE & TO BE TREATED LIKE I MATTER TO THIS FIRM. Update as of 05/14/2021: About a few weeks to a month or so has gone by and I still have not received any update on my case. Last thing I heard from my Lawyer, Ray, was that he was playing cat and mouse with a rep from the insurance company of the person who hit me and sped off. I have called and left a message and no one has called me back. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this process. I am trying to be very patient because I understand that everything has been delayed with COVID-19 however, I really wish I knew what is going on with my case.
