I recently gave them five stars on their website. But after signing a form August 23rd 2024 to settle my case, and told I would receive payment within 30 days, NOTHING! It's now the first week of October and now I'm told I have to wait until they do more research on medical treatment. Huh? Didn't you do that before I settled my case? Jess Jordan is the ONLY reason they get three stars. Very respectful and informative. He seemed to care. But these last two months have been very disappointing. In the words of that Tic Tok video....."JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY"! Update.....I rush the gun and recieved the much needed news I was looking for. I recommend them as a great law firm. Thank you McCready and Law!! I'm happy now.

I’ve waited for at least 3/4 years to resolve my casecase to be l all but they took care everything and was satisfied, but just was alittle confused I Ithought when you sign the agreement of the settlement. You come pick up my check the next day. It I wasn’t explained why it takes 2/3 weeks for it to clear etc. This not my first time dealing with alaw firm and never heard this said was never Mm rude receptionist has a slight attitude like she hasked questions
