It's took over a year to receive my small settlement of $3k for a parking lot fender bender. Not only was my insurance sued, unbeknownst to be, but I discovered that two weeks prior to the 1 yr deadline that the wrong medical records had been requested and I was unable to receive compensation for one of my two children that was in my vehicle at the time of the accident. To add insult to injury, they not only charged me for medical records for an ambulatory service that never took place , Joan also informed me that they charged a per bill fee of $33.95. SERIOUSLY! Copies of bills are free. The fees for one ER visit and one doctors appointment came to an alarming charge of $405+. That's a whopping 10%+ of my claim in addition to their fee of 33%. Imagine if there were 10 bills. I would have only hired them to pay themselves! So, to make matters even worst; I questioned Joan about these inflated cost and she discovered that they did in fact overcharge me $75.95 and that they would correct this. I in turn have asked for an itemization of these charges because there have been several errors with my claim and she has basically refused to grant my request. THIS IS UTTERLY OUTRAGEOUS! I am hurt and feel violated by a company that I hired. Fast forward 2 years later, I applied for a small personal loan and was denied due to a bill this office failed to pay. I have reached out to the twice and was told that they'd "Look into it." I would not recommend them at all!

I would like to say since day one when I called McCready Garcia n Leet,Joan the intake coordinator heard my case and told me to come in ,and that's when I met Ray Riden who heard me out and immediately we clicked.Me and Mr Riden also had Michigan connections and that's what made it even better.This Law office has very friendly staff,and when u walk in there,everyone makes u feel like family.Mr Ray Riden is a good person who always return my texts and calls and he answers all my request in the times of need along with Mr Michael McCready who is a great father,person husband,and overseer who goes through great lengths to make sure his clients are getting the service they deserve.Last but not least,for a person with no computer,Internet,and Facebook skills to comment something on this platform goes to show u that this law firm get results.I recommend McCready Garcia n Leet if u need results and a law family that cares about your case and u as a person.

My experience at McCready Garcia & Leet has been exceptional. The first time I came into their office I walked away knowing I was in good hands. They really are a business that cares for your wellbeing. Throughout my case the entire staff worked proficiently and they have done a wonderful job of always keeping me in the loop. Not once did I ever feel like I did not know what was going on. I am completely satisfied with the services provided and truly feel McCready Garcia & Leet have "stepped up to the plate & gone to bat" for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
