As there are only a few in the US Attorney Stephanie Leet assisted me with every step during the OWCP process, her rates were very affordable. She always was prompt to respond. She also assisted me with the scheduled award process, which I was completely unaware of. Simply put, when you get injured at work, OWCP can drag their feet with your claim, your own insurance won't initially cover anything because you have told them it was a work related injury, your doctor isn't familiar with federal workers compensation paperwork... The problems just go on and on. These are just a few problems that you can encounter. Ms. Leet and her firm can assist you with the problems you encounter with OWCP, your doctors, and your agency.
