No es bueno. La atención. Pesimo servicio

I called and spoke to multiple people about my moms case and paid the $150 fee for the consultation with the lawyer, He was very helpful but then everything went horrible. I received a call back from Miguel Mendez and he was extremely rude and nasty towards me. He asked if money was a problem I told him not necessarily i just had to think and discuss with my parents before I paid a big amount. He answered "Ok so when you call back you have to pay the full amount since you are rich". I wanted a payment plan and he said if I didnt sign right away I would not get that benefit. He said that my parents didnt need the help unlike others that come to this country with nothing. He completely ruined the experience and said he didnt care if i became a client or not. Miguel extremely disrespected me and my family and was not helpful at all. They really need to work on customer service.
