Very nice people, the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 was because they did take a while longer to attend us when the people that came in after us were called first. My husband went to ask the receptionist and right away we were called. I had both my sons with me and were getting fussy after waiting almost 2 hours to be called but once we were called they said they were sorry for the wait. They offered water and a donut for my kids. They explained the case to us several times both in Spanish for my husband and English for myself.
