First time here at consumer law group, and the service was spectacular, I was by Dayna Sanchez and Attorney Anzur they were of great help and answered all my questions so I definitely recommend them and I will be back for any further information.

Tienen un problema de qué se tardan y estravian documentación

pues sera que estube en mal momento ise cita alas 11 maneje por mas de una hora llege 30 minutos antes solo para estar 15 minutos vuscando parking entrando ala puerta repleto de gente al parecer munchos por rato esperando mejor di la vuelta y me fui creo que munchos tenian cita ala misma hora tal ves el otro review es la rason de la perdida de documentos no quise arriesgarme

I have to agree they did the same thing to me. I was having problems with my home and I went to Consumer Law Group. They made it sound like all would be fine took my money and they never looked back. After taking my money the attitude shifted, they wouldn't return my calls and they just did not care about my case. About after 1 month it went from things are looking better to you have to file for bankruptcy no more options left and that would be another 5,000 dollars. I also heard of NACA which is 100 percent free. Not only did they help me I didn't have to file for bankruptcy and the slashed my house payment in half and I was forgiven for a big amount with out me having to pay a cent. I can not say one positive thing about Consumer Law group. Wait I can they have a beautiful office which was payed from all the money they have stolen from people over the years.

Because they took half of my money. They are a bunch of liers. They first make you think they are so good and then make you signed the contract. And then you don't hear from them after your payment is due only. They don't call you to help solve your problem. Then you never get to even meet the attorney. !Sorry my mistake! one time only. after that you get to meet Josué the stupidest person that you can meet. He will be really nice in the begining and after you realized they are not really doing anything he trieds to intimidate you to the point he will raise his voice to you. My error was signing the contract whit out reading it carefully. But theirs a catch to this. They write the contract in order for you not to understand all of it. Later I decided I was going to close the case and they told me they couldn't returned my money.I got so mad I starded screaming at them. They later said they can give me 100 dollars back I said no that I was going to hired another lawyer to sue them. After all the drama my good lawyer help me get at least half of my money. After paying them 2700 dollars for just one piece of paper with some information. I hate this office. I don't undetstand how can They be on the radio stealing from people. But I understand company's that need help from tv or radio stations means that they are no good. So please people don't trust these people.

El servicio es terrible! ... mandan la documentacion incompleta y en mi caso despues de dos meses q yo ya tenia mi permiso de trabajo segun ellos me llamaban diciendo que aun estaban en espera de la solucion de mi caso. INUTILES!!

Please don't use these people. They herd people in, filling them with great expectations of superior service, collect the money and become unreachable. They exploit the immigrant's yearning to become established. Por favor, no use esta gente. Ellos atrain la gente, llenándolos con grandes expectativas de servicio superior, recogen el dinero y se vuelven inalcanzables. Explotan anhelo del inmigrante para establecerse.

I do not write reviews often but my husband and I were in town and were referred to Consumer Law Group. I met with an attorney at Consumer Law Groups Berwyn location for our immigration needs. This law firm is so professional. The took the time to meet with me and answer all of my questions. In fact, I event met two of their immigration attorneys before I was convinced to move forward with them. I am very pleased with their services and could not say enough about how great their attorneys and paralegals are. Their entire office is so friendly and helpful. I will refer all of my family and friends to them that live in Chicago. Thank you once again Consumer Law Group!
