UPDATE:
I have never met a group of people more incompetent until I became a paying client of consumer law group. I originally filed for advance parole with them in November 2022 and my document was produced and delivered to them on May 2023. They failed to inform me that they had ever received it, despite my constant calls to them expressing concerns. Consequently, my travel dates expired and I was not able to travel at the time. They refiled my advance parole application for me and once again they failed to notify me that they had my document. My advance parole document was produced on December 16, so they had it for almost two weeks without notifying me of its receipt and now I only have three weeks left to travel with my advance parole. They are lazy and they don't do anything and it is terrible practice for the customer to have to be chasing them down to see if they have a time sensitive document. When I called and they realized they had it, one of their staff members offered to email it to me, but does she not realize that the actual document is needed to re-enter the US? Their staff is honestly dumb and lazy and I do not recommend them at all. Do yourself a favor and join groups on Facebook where you can find guides to file your advance parole and daca on your own and save yourself a headache!
I used Consumer Law Group’s service to file for advance parole for humanitarian reasons in NOVEMBER. To start off, I got sent a request for evidence because they failed to provide a translation certificate for a document they translated and they also neglected to send a birth certificate I had originally provided for them. My document was showing up as produced and I hadn’t received anything and I would call the office to ask and all the staff was clueless about what “document has been produced meant”. I never received my document and i had to open MY OWN inquiry with USCIS regarding a missing document. They make you wait over a month to speak to the lawyer, as if this wasn’t a pressing time latter. They are truly money hungry and once they have your money they truly don’t care about ensuring your case is being worked on. Do yourself a favor and join Facebook groups like DREAMERS2GETHER OFFICIAL. They have plenty of templates to follow when applying for AP, as well as DACA renewals, and AOS. I am sure that Consumer Law Group’s reviews are flooded with fake reviews because there’s just no way such a horrible company would have this many reviews. This law group should be reported to the BBB.
