My first initial contact with the attorney on the phone reassured me and made me feel confident Ihad nothing to worry about. I had already been in contact with the opposing team and had did most of the legwork, I just wanted a professional to cross the T's and dot the I's. We had already agreed they would pay medical bills and compensate me as well. After all was said and done, I walked away with less than what was initially offered before representation. I feel there could have been more negotiation. After medical was taken out of my settlement and the attorney fees, my check was the lesser of all three. I still can't figure out why I was taxed the 35% on the total settlement when the bulk was for medical bills they initially agreed to pay. The 35% should've came out after medical or should've been clearly explained at the beginning. After medical, it looked like the settlement was actually 60/40 in their favor. Had I known that, I would've continued to represent myself. Overall, I was slightly satisfied with the outcome, but there is always room for improvement and transparency.

Mr. Kryder was excellent and very caring about my situation. I highly recommend.
