I recently worked with Bryan to help me navigate through an eminent domain case involving IDOT. The widening of a road made it necessary for them to acquire a portion of my property and I was not comfortable representing myself to get a fair purchase price.
After interviewing several attorneys specializing in this field, I selected Bryan and have since recommended him to neighbors going through the same process. His expertise came through in our initial consultation and he was always available to answer my questions throughout the many months of negotiations. I came to appreciate his patience and way of explaining things (in non-legal terms) so that I could make well informed decisions.
Using his guidance, the offer I accepted was close to 3 times the amount IDOT initially offered and I barely had to do anything. Bryan and his staff took care of all the paperwork remotely and I never had to step foot into a courtroom.

Bryan did an excellent job assisting with a recent IDOT condemnation matter. His knowledge of the issues, timely communications, and expertise in understanding our business concerns exceeded our expectations. In the end, Bryan secured a substantial increase in compensation while protecting our family investment.

I retained the Law Office of Bryan Lynch to negotiate an IDOT land acquisition. Bryan was extremely professional, but also well versed in the process which can be extremely overwhelming. The negotiations went smoothly, and ultimately I was compensated very fairly. Without Bryan, this would not have be possible. I highly recommend the Law Office of Bryan Lynch.

Bryan is an outstanding attorney. I contacted Mr. Lynch to assist me in a condemnation suit with Kendall County. Not only did he explain everything to me in great detail, he was kind and always available to chat. He helped me to understand the eminent domain processes and procedures. And the end result, was a settlement 3x what Kendall County offered me for a slice of my property. THREE TIMES over what I was originally told was a "very generous offer on [their] part." He even hand-delivered my settlement. My family was broke, thanks to my Stage III breast cancer diagnosis. Bryan got in his car and drove all the way to my house to hand me the envelope. He knew how cancer was wreaking havoc inside my body, I had to hurry and order Christmas gifts for our three small children, and that I didn't need the additional stress. He understood that an act of kindness as such, would mean a great deal to our family, especially after being put through the ringer from Kendall County, while battling cancer. I highly recommend Bryan. Yes, he's a pit bull of an attorney, but he is also a human being. I wish I could give him Five Million Stars.

I owned an industrial building near O’Hare and was involved in several dealings with a couple of government agencies over several years. The first was a permanent easement procurement by the City of Chicago and then two eminent domain issues with the Tollway related to the O’Hare Western Bypass. Bryan was knowledgeable, easy to work with and was very responsive by either email, text or phone. He was able to negotiate a higher compensation than the original offering on all three cases. I sold my building toward the end of 2022 and Bryan handled that sale for me as well. I highly recommend Bryan for anyone looking for a good real estate attorney. He truly is a pleasure to work with.

When I was contacted by Kane County and was told that they were going to widen the road in front of a rural property I owned (my lot zoned for residential home building) I began trying to negotiate on my own behalf to zero avail.
I started researching the process of eminent domain, condemnation. What did I learn? You don’t want to go through this process on your own! I was so lucky to find Bryan Lynch. He SPECIALIZES in eminent domain cases. Bryan had a tremendous amount of patience explaining each step of the process. He was easy to understand and answered each of my questions and helped me feel at ease. Not only did he protect my right to just compensation, but he was also able to negotiate and procure funds above and beyond the county’s original offer.
I definitely recommend Bryan Lynch's services.

Two and a half years ago I received notice that the county planned to widen the road in front of a piece of commercial property I owned in Illinois. Being a resident of Florida this would be difficult to handle. I learned of the Bryan Lynch law firm and that the practice was very good at handling condemnation cases.
I contacted Bryan and he took over the case. His handling of the case was flawless from beginning to end. The financial settlement when the case concluded was almost three times the county's initial offer. This was all completed with no out of pocket expenses from me. Bryan was a pleasure to work with.

Brian and his firm recently represented me in negotiating a condemnation process in which the city purchased part of the street side of a commercial property owned in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
While the process took some time, Bryan did an excellent job of managing expectations, negotiating through sensitive issues with the tenant, and resolving issues involving a monument sign. Further, he facilitated a settlement that was an excellent result for ownership.
I highly recommend Bryan and his firm for any related matters.

Bryan and his staff handled our condemnation matter in a very professional way explaining every step in an area of law in which I am unfamiliar, although an attorney myself. Further, he pushed our claim the extra mile to obtain a recovery well beyond our expectations. . We highly recommend him to others.
