Thank you to Levin and Perconti for all that you have done for my family. I would highly recommend anyone who has experienced medical malpractice to reach out to this firm. All the lawyers that worked on my case were familiar with the medical terminology and law which helped them to be prepared for a case like mine. The lawyers always made sure that my husband and I were aware of what was going on with our case and how long to expect a wait. The lawyers made sure that we were comfortable with every decision that they made and they advocated on behalf of me and my family in an fair but aggressive manner. Our lives will never be "normal" because of the malpractice but this firm made sure that we will live comfortably for the rest of our lives. They are more than lawyers to me they have become my family. They gave my family a chance to dream and hope again. I was referred to these attorney's by Morgan&Morgan. They were quick to take my Malpractice case with me signing there contract and i had to send them the Hospital Records. I found that to be very odd! That's there job to get them!They were just as quick to throw it away and lye about why! I was told by Steven Schindler i'm not the kind of case they want there! He wouldn't admit it was because there wasn't enough money going to there end. I'm considering filing complaints with the Bar &Disciplinary Commission. I get no pleasure from this. But Doctors and Lawyers are in bed together when it comes to Personnal or work related injury's. That's called a conflict. Dr's can kill someone and get away with it!

It's neither here nor there with this firm. They were helpful initially although I am still waiting for a response 3 weeks later

Daniel goldfaden handled my family's wrongful death case. He showed no empathy toward the family. He pitted family members against one another although I thought he represented the entire family but was told to get my own attorney. He was very unethical immoral and nontransparent with his actions. Also there appeared to be an astronomical amount of fees deducted from the settlement amount. I would think twice about using this firm.
