Not only he was responsible and trustworthy but also he would willing to go extra step for you. We went from a troubled H1 to GC, numerous APs and EADs, he was very patient, friendly and responsive to all your phones and emails, he knew how to talk to your employer to get work done. I started working with Charles since 2009, I was originally intended to apply L-1 but after his careful review all the document and with my situation, he suggested me to just apply the green card is the best interest to me because I have Master degree. Mr.Charles is a very detail lawyer. At beginning I was wondering the communication back and forth might be taken longer since I am in Texas. He usually replied my emails within 3 hours and never miss one call. I got my H1B in 3 months and greed card in 7 months. Only the experienced and knowledgeable lawyer could do such excellent job. Again, I understand the pain & agony of waiting, but it's out of your attorney's control. Communication & trust are very important. It's important to let him know all your concerns, and needs so that he can address all of them properly. While his approach may not be as smooth as one might be used to, I truly believe that he knows what he's doing and he's always right to the point. I wouldn't hesitate to be his client again, or recommend him in the future.
