Do not sign any engagement letters with Mark or his firm. He overcharged and underserved me. While he did nothing illegal, it is attorney's like Mark Bereyso that give the attorney's a bad name. If he is representing you current find another attorney immediately, if you are considering having him represent you, find another attorney as fast as possible
