When I first arrived I had to wait outside and ring the doorbell a couple of times before someone was able to come. As soon as I entered my daughter and I were met with aggression and a very passive man, this was Andres. He asked if I was another client and I told him no i’m Vianey, I had made an appointment but never received a confirmation just a date. He then told me that he can assist me until his other scheduled client comes because I wasn’t on his schedule. I told him ok. He then continued to make an issue about the scheduling and told me where did I come from or how I found him, so I told him I found his through and organization and showed him a flyer I received. His tone and demeanor were very aggressive and really didn’t make me feel welcomed and after he made the other client comment I also knew I wouldn't be prioritized therefore I told him I appreciate his time but I’ll take myself elsewhere. He is very disrespectful and rude, truly made me feel patronize.
