He help prepare my son case and was available whenever my family needed him.Mr obaid walked us the the entire case and was very up front about everything we asked him. I can not say enough good things about Phil Turcy and his legal team. My case went on for 2 years because I had to have 2 major surgeries and which each situation, Phil took the time to explain it to me in detail without all the legal jargon. He was patient and empathetic with me when I needed help dealing with calls from Sedgwick and was able to get them off my back. Would not recommend anyone to this attorneys group I called asking for some legal advice and only that his phone was breaking up the whole time and when I asked him can he speak clearly he hung up and I called back and no one ever answered not very professional

This Obaid guy has to be the worst lawyer in the city if chicago. He boasts about knowing the judges and lawyers. I believe that's because hes a DEFENSE attorney who actually works for the STATE! He talks sooooooo good and sells u a dream butThis guy will not fight for you. Dont waste your money PLEASE!

bad attorney , phil turcy is a bad workers comp attorney for union workers. mr turcy had my workers comp shut off,. he always talks oranges and apples. he blew, refused to file a third party claim. i like a dummy rehired him.he even got worse, i was having allergic reactions to pain medications. doesnt answer or return phone calls. the way mr turcy while employed at goldberg wiesman and ciaro. refusing to file a third party claim, he deffinetly defends the employers insurance companies. mr ciaro siad he fired mr turcy for the reason of not filing third party claims, hard to beleive any attorney at this point. if this attorney firm or any other starts to change youre attornies, they are more than likely to stretch youre case out, blowing statutes.you will the get an illegitamite claim. caution beware of this, as in the future you will not find insurance for prexisting injuries. this is a very bad attorney,, ( RUN, DONT WALK)
