Last year I found a property I wanted to buy, and I hired Faisal for the transaction. Although I have purchased a few properties before, he surprised me with some unusual tactics that ended up saving me 3k. I utilized Faisal on a number of property acquisition and sale deals. Some involved foreclosure auctions. Two involved evictions. Some involved buyers who were difficult to close with. All were brought to successful completion.
