Run.... Do not hire this incompetent lawyer... Been on my case for 3 years and nothing... Never calls, claims always on vacation but, yet says he works 7 days a week. No call backs always chasing this guy around. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY....

Hired this attorney to handle a worker's compensation case. He had no idea what he was doing and bungled the matter. Had to fire him and hire a new attorney. The new attorney was excellent even though he had to try to straighten out the mess created by Gallagher. Thousands of dollars were lost due to his incompetency,

Since 2020 when I hired him I have had a hard time catching up to him. I called his office several times at his request by letter. Every time I call his office no one answered. I spoke with him by phone awhile back and he complained to me he has hundreds of cases and works 7 days a week. He never really knows anything about my case. One day he called me and thought he was talking to some other client.

I HIRED THIS LAWYER TO HELP ME BUT SO FAR WE HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE , I NEED A NEW LAWYER .
