The one star is or just taking my case. After back injury, and after back surgery x 2, many trips to the hospital, and many trips from Kentucky to insurance co. doctors in Illinois. ( moved to KY. well after my case was in progress ) . It took about 8 years to get a settlement which amounted to a B19. That is back pay @ roughly 66%. Dixon took his cut out of that, after telling me that he would go after the insurance co. for his fees. He constantly told me about how he would handle them in court. It never went to court. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, he misled me all the way. Should have listened to my wife and got rid of him after the first couple of months. I trusted him at what he said. So, I would advise you to get everything he tells you in writing. That was my one big mistake. Now, I am in need of another back surgery! Thank you, Mr. Dixon!
